- This promotion is run by TomTom Sales B.V. ("Promoter"), a company registered

- This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter,
its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion and/or the
Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants
and check their identity.
- This offer is exclusively for customers of TomTom UK purchasing a TomTom GO940
LIVE, TomTom GO740 LIVE and TomTom GO540 LIVE ("Promotional Product") between
22nd April 2009 and 8th June 2009 inclusive. The level of cash back that may be
claimed is dependant on the model purchased as follows : TomTom GO940 LIVE £20 cash
back, TomTom GO740 LIVE £30 cash back and TomTom GO540 LIVE £10 cash back.
- This offer must be claimed and received between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days
from the date of purchase of the Promotional Product AND IN ANY EVENT BY 6TH AUGUST
2009. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required to verify the purchase
date and validity of the claim plus the promotional barcode from the product box.
Please note that the offer cannot be claimed within the first thirty (30) days from
the date of purchase of the Promotional Product.
- You will be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to your participation
in the promotion, such as the cost of you accessing the internet.
- This offer can only be redeemed online at
www.tomtompromotions.co.uk/cashback ("Promotional Website"). To claim
your Cashback offer (payable by BACS payment), visit the promotional website and
complete the application form in full. You will be required to supply a valid email
address and your UK bank details. Please note, you will not be able to complete
the online form before 30 days or after 60 days have elapsed from the date of purchase
shown on your receipt.
- Submit and print the completed application form and send it together with a copy
of the original purchase receipt, along with the part of the promotional box containing
the product barcode : TomTom Cash Back offer, Dept No – D5702, PO Box 99, Aylesbury,
HP19 8RR.
- Claims will not be processed if they are received before thirty (30) days have
elapsed from the date of purchase NOR if they are received either (i) after sixty
(60) days have elapsed from the date of purchase or (ii) after 6th August
2009.
- Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable
for the content of any externally linked web sites.
- No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected
applications and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Proof
of posting shall not be deemed proof of receipt.
- Maximum of one claim per household. The promoter reserves the right to investigate
and withhold claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be
upheld as fraudulent the Promoter reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals
in connection with the claim.
- Please retain your original receipt as claim application forms and supporting
material can not be returned.
- Personal data provided by the participant to redeem this offer may be processed
by the Promoter within the European Union for the sole purpose of processing and
performing this offer, for (direct) marketing and quality control analysis, for
conducting market research and improving the Promoter’s products and/or services.

storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data and for registering
the participant’s consent to this. Participants have the right to obtain information

- These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute
the entire agreement between you and the Promoter, superseding any prior agreements
between you and the Promoter. If any provision of these terms and conditions is
found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of
the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
- By clicking the ["I agree"] button (and entering the promotion) you
agree to these terms and conditions which will at that time become binding between
you and the Promoter.
- These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales and the courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction
in the event of any dispute.
